I
can watch high-def Netflix movies with my Panasonic blu-ray player. The
box comes with a brochure which really has no operating instructions on
it, just specifications. The box also contains an extension USB wire to
help obtain a slightly better signal. As soon as I plugged the wire and
adaptor into the front of the player, the player's "Network Easy
Setting" program began. I followed the instructions and it took about 10
minutes for the entire setup. It found my wireless signal immediately. I
could not connect using the "Push button" method which involves sending
a signal from the router. I manually entered my WPS password and was
connected immediately. The player did a firmware update afterwhich I
connected to VieraCast. I've now watched two Netflix movies in high def
and am very happy with the quality of the picture. In addition, the
YouTube, Picassa Web, and Pandora features work well.
UPDATE: Almost two years now and still working with no problems.
