Had the "Red Blinking Light" issue twice with this. First time it was fixed under warranty now it happened again. There is obviously an issue with the power supply or circuit board of these units. Mine is not mounted to a wall so heat shouldn't be an issue. It is connected to a $500 Belkin Power supply/surge protector so it shouldn't be an electrical surge issue.
It was a very nice TV other than the faulty internal components.
Oh well, now I can buy a new bigger screen Television...probably won't be a Panasonic this time though.
I did get the problem fixed and now use this TV in the basement. If you have this TV or similar Panasonic with the "red blinking light"
problem go on Ebay and search Panasonic plasma repair service. It cost me about $60 to repair it.
